Ordering was simple enough, and the item showed up in good condition. I do wish it had arrived a little faster, but it was only a few extra days, so I guess it wasn’t a huge deal.

The weird part is, I went in just to casually look around, but the whole vibe felt off quickly. Browsing ended up feeling more annoying than enjoyable, so I don’t think it’s somewhere I’d go back to.

There were some really good authors there, which was awesome 😊 but wow, the lines moved slowly. It felt a little crowded at times, but overall still a decent experience.

The people I spoke with at nowservingla.com definitely seemed to know what they were doing. I remember that part clearly because they answered my questions fast and explained the steps in a way that made sense, which I appreciated.
What sticks with me less pleasantly is that the rest of the experience felt kind of scattered. I can’t recall every little delay, but I know I had to follow up more than once and the timing never felt totally clear. For what it cost, I was expecting things to run smoother. Not terrible, just not something I’d probably use again unless they got more organized

I like the idea of the site, and they do have some cool cookbooks, but the selection felt a lot smaller than I expected. A bunch of the titles I was interested in either weren’t available or were already sold out. Browsing the site was easy enough, but there just wasn’t enough variety for me. Also, the way my order was handled felt a bit careless, which was frustrating. I might check back later, but for now it was kind of disappointing.
